Hello Everyone! To begin with, I've never really been into New Year's resolutions. One reason is because I like to constantly work on myself throughout the year and set goals for my self quite often. That's just me. If you're the type of person that actually makes New Year's resolutions then that's fine as well! The key is to follow through and reach any of our goals. How do we do that though? Well personally, making a list of things I need to do is very helpful. Another way is making a VISION BOARD.
