Vegan Pumpkin Pie

Hello everyone! I wanted to share my recipe for vegan pumpkin pie. This ingredient choice was inspired by other vegan pumpkin pie recipes, but this mixture is what I liked the best. If you want to switch up the ingredients a little to your taste then I encourage you to do so! Anyway, this is super fun and simple to make. I'm not so great at baking haha, but I've been cooking so much lately. So therapeutic and nice.



-1 can of pumpkin
-1 pie crust
-1 cup of almond milk
-3 teaspoons of organic sugar
-1 teaspoon of pumpkin spice
-pinch of cinnamon
-3 drops of vanilla extract

1) Pour the pumpkin into bowl and pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
2) Add 1/2 cup of almond milk
3) Stir... and add the sugar, pumpkin spice, vanilla, and cinnamon
4) Add the rest of the milk and stir again
5) Pour the mixture into pie crust and bake on 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 40-60 mins
6) CHECK IT and let it cool
I loveeee to refrigerate my pie and add vegan whipped cream!!!
