The controversey of religion, IS SOCIETY WAKING UP?
Hello Everyone!
Who else stays up at night watching unsolved mysteries and other spooky things? Well I am definitely one of those people. Yes, it's pretty fun, but I absolutely enjoy research. Aside from being interested in these things, there are a lot of cases that leave me angry and disgusted. Because most of these are true events that happened. For some people it may be difficult to fathom, but the reality behind it is as true as every day life. With that being said, atrocities happen all over the world and a lot of it is covered up. Today I want to talk about religion. I was raised Catholic, for years we went to church on Sunday. Then particularly in my family, we all began to get busier and go Saturdays or just on holidays. Point being, whether it's because people get busier or have less faith in religion people stop going to church. What a lot of society doesn't think about though is why do we go to church? Is it because of tradition? faith? pressure? guilt? Whatever it may be, don't be offended. Personally, I am at a point in my life where I firmly believe in a higher being, angels, and meditation as a form of quieting my mind from a long day. I believe in being kind and being the best human I can be, but for the universe and myself, not out of fear. I strongly suggest you all be a decent person, but because you want to. Not because someone else is telling you what to do. I was watching a YouTube video earlier that talked about Saint John's Orphanage in the United States that was sued, but their cases dismissed because it was a long time ago. I'll link it here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o13yTTAeM30 WATCH IT, very eye-opening! In conclusion, I think that dishonest and corrupt religion such as Catholism in this case is disgusting. How can nuns and priests be so cruel to CHILDREN. The ''church'' is known for committing atrocities against children for years. t is time to break these establishments and think for ourselves. This is the only way our future children will be more protected from terrible people. I can't help, but cry and think about all the pain and suffering children still go through raised by these monsters that have religion to protect them/allow them to do horrible things. That is why I will NEVER support idolism again. It is the time of self reflecting and taking responsibility for our own actions instead of asking a ''priest'' for forgiveness.
