Spicy ''wings'' protein salad!

Hello everyone! 

This is a quick and simple salad that I’ve been having a lot recently. It is vegan! No animals harmed in the making and production of this food.

First off don’t let the word “salad” scare you off. We still have hot weather going on here in Texas so this meal is perfect and refreshing. Hope y’all enjoy it! Feel free to add more ingredients or substitute them with other vegan mock meat. Let me know!

Ingredientes:
  • 1 pinch of chia seeds
  • 1 pinch of nutritional yeast 
  • 1 1/2 Cup of mixed spinach, arugula, kale and romain lettuce 
  • Half an avocado
  • 2 spoonfuls of sweet corn
  • 1 spoonful of chickpeas
  • 1 spoonful of vegan Follow Your Heart ranch
  • baby carrots (to taste)
  • OPTIONAL quinoa
  • 4 cut up MorningStar Farms® Buffalo Veggie Wings
  • Your favorite dressing! Mine is Follow Your Heart's ''Low Fat Ranch''
